USER MANUAL
The unit only reads the INPUT levels on the
LEDs. How can I see the OUTPUT level?
There is way too much signal arriving in my DAW
from my microphone.
The condenser microphone I have plugged in
doesn’t seem to work.
My keyboard is overloading the inputs no matter
the gain setting.
I cannot achieve the correct levels with INPUTS
3&4.
I am using a generic 12V DC adaptor and my
interface is not working correctly.
I am using a generic 12V DC adaptor with 30
watts, but the unit is still not working correctly.
My computer isn’t even recognising the
interface.
My interface doesn’t seem to be reacting.
Why doesn’t my MIDI cable fit into the MIDI
connection on the interface?
Even at a very low gain setting with the knob I’m
overloading the MIC preamp.
You can configure the source (INPUT or
OUTPUT) within the MIXER.
Reduce the level of the INPUT (Red knob) and/or
the OUTPUT (Grey knob).
Have you applied the 48V phantom power?
Make sure you are using the LINE inputs, not the
MIC inputs.
Make sure you have selected the correct input
level (+4dB or -10dBv).
The power supply must operate with a minimum
of 30 Watts & DC of 12V.
The power supply connector must have the (+)
inside and the (-) outside.
Make sure you are connecting it directly, not
through a USB multiport hub.
Check your System Settings to make sure that it
is selected for Inputs & Outputs.
A mini MIDI (PS/2) to MIDI breakout cable is
necessary.
Try using the PAD to reduce the INPUT by
-20dB.
Even at a very low gain setting with the knob I’m
overloading the DAW input.
My monitor outputs seem much lower than
normal.
Try simply reducing the OUTPUT level to assure
a better recording.
Have you left the DIM switch engaged as it will
produce a reduction of -20dB?
