At the top on the right-hand side is where you have total control over the actual
monitoring itself. Here you set the individual volumes for each output with the concentric
knobs representing either MONITOR and PHONES 1 or OUT 3&4 and PHONES 2.
You can also set what the HEADPHONES 1 & 2 will monitor with a three-way toggle
switch…giving you the choice of either simply following the MON mix, the OUT 3&4 or
completely independent HEADPHONES only mixes.
