mm. Wall-mounted discharge is also allowed as long as the
drain pipe maintains the steady slope of 4-5%.
Preparation before use
• Remove all protective packaging and foil or tapes.
• Check that the device is in good condition and with all ac
-
cessories. In case of incomplete or damaged delivery, please
contact the supplier immediately. In this case, do not use the
device.
• Clean the accessories and the appliance before use (See ==>
Cleaning & Maintenance).
• Make sure the appliance is completely dry.
• Place the appliance on a horizontal, stable and heat resistant
surface that is safe against water splashes. Level appliance
by adjustable feet. Do not disassemble the feet. Place appli
-
ance only on suitable stand - do not place it on the floor.
• Keep the packaging if you intend to store your appliance in
the future.
• Keep the user manual for future reference.
NOTE! Due to manufacturing residues, the appliance may emit
a light odor during the first few uses. This is normal and does
not indicate any defect or hazard. Make sure the appliance is
well ventilated. It is recommended to run an empty cycle for
40/50 minutes at a temperature of 220/230°C. In this way all
unpleasant yet fully normal smells due to heating the thermal
insulation enveloping the cooking chamber and the silicone
used for its external sealing are dissipated.
Operating instructions
• ATTENTION! Avoid prolonged permanence on the steel sur-
faces of foods containing acidic substances (lemon juice, vin-
egar, salt, etc.) which cause corrosion deterioration.
• Preheat the appliance every time before cooking to achieve
top performance.
• Avoid adding salt to food in the cooking chamber.
BASIC operating
• For switching the appliance on (after conecting to electric
power supply) set the button to “ON” position. Button is place
on the left side of the appliance under the bottom (Fig.9A on
page 6) and is marked by special plate (Fig.9B). Firstly display
will shows computer codes, then Date, Time, and the symbol
ON/OFF (Fig.1A) will by lights up - display in stand-by mode.
• To reactivate display touch ON/OFF symbol - on display will
be show home screen (Fig.2B).
• To activate stand-by mode again, touch the symbol ON/OFF.
Stand-by mode also will activate automatically if appliance
will not operate more than 10 minutes. Display will show only
date, time and ON/OFF symbol (Fig.2A).
• To choose main operating parameters touch appliance sym
-
bol (Fig.2C). Main opearting parameters screen will be dis-
play (Fig.3). To change main operating parameter value touch
digits related to desire parameter. To back to home screen
touch house symbol (Fig.1E).
• To choose and set additional parameters touch menu symbol
(Fig.3F) - additional parameters screen will be display (Fig.4).
To back to operating parameters screen touch “BACK” sym
-
bol (Fig.1D).
• To change general settings, like date, time, etc. touch set
-
tings symbol (Fig.2F) on home screen.
TIME setting
• From operating parameters screen (Fig.3) touch digits relat
-
ed to time symbol (Fig.3A) - time setting screen will be show
(Fig.3G).
• Change value using displayed keyboard. To set infinite time
(continous cycle) touch symbol ∞.
• To confirm value touch symbol
(Fig.1B).
• During cycle display will be show remaining time of current
phase (if set more than one) and remaining time of whole
cycle.
TEMPERATURE setting
• From operating parameters screen (Fig.3) touch digits re
-
lated to temperature symbol (Fig.3B) - temperature setting
screen will be show (Fig.3H).
• Change value using displayed keyboard.
• To confirm value touch symbol
(Fig.1B).
• During cycle display will be show current chamber tempera
-
ture and set temperature for each phase/cycle.
HUMIDIFICATION / STEAM setting
• From operating parameters screen (Fig.3) touch digits relat
-
ed to humidification symbol (Fig.3C) and change value touch-
ing symbols “+” or “-” (Fig.1H-I).
• To confirm value touch symbol
(Fig.1B).
FAN SPEED setting
• From operating parameters screen (Fig.3) touch digits 1 or 2
related to fan symbol (Fig.3D) - choosen speed will be light
up.
CYCLE STEPS setting
• To add next step in cycle, after setting desire values of op
-
erating parameters for first step (Phase 1), touch the digit
corresponds to next phase number (Fig.3E) - all operating
parameters will be able to set for new step.
• On additional screen, step (phase) number will be show in
left bottom corner.
• During cycle the display will be show active phase number
and whole number of phases.
DELAYED START setting
• From additional parameters screen (Fig.4) touch digits relat
-
ed to delayed start symbol (Fig.4B) - setting screen will be
show (Fig.4E).
• Change value using displayed keyboard.
• To confirm value touch symbol
(Fig.1B).
• During activated delayed start, time remaining to start cycle
will be displayed in countdown mode (Fig.4F). End of count
-
ing will be informed by acoustic signal and symbol “DONE”
(Fig.1J).
NOTE: Delayed start can be set maximum to 23 h 59 min. To
deactivate function set value 00:00.
PRE-HEATING setting
• From additional parameters screen (Fig.4) touch digits re
-
lated to pre-heating symbol (Fig.4A) - setting screen will
be show (Fig.4G); change value using displayed keyboard.
Pre-heating value is always add to main temperature (for ex
-
ample if temperature will be set on 180°C and pre-heating on
50°C, temperature in chamber will reach 230°C).
• To confirm value touch symbol
(Fig.1B).
• To deactivate function set value 0°C.
