Temperature adjustment knob (Thermostat)
It is used for determining the cooking temperature of the dish to be cooked in the oven. After putting the
meal in the oven, you can set it to the desired temperature by turning the knob. The thermostat light goes
out when the oven reaches the adjusted temperature. See the cooking table for the cooking temperatures
of the different meals.
