Storage
The tool set has to be stored according
to the following conditions:
• Do not store the tool set outdoors.
• Keep tool set in a dry and dust-free place.
• Do not expose the tool set to liquids and aggressive substances.
• Storage temperature: -10 up to +45°C.
• Relative air humidity: max. 65%.
Disposal
• Disposal has to be made according to the regulations
for work safety and environmental protection.
• Components can be recycled.
Maintenance and Cleaning
• Keep in a clean and dry place.
• Do not let fall down. Do not expose to impacts or liquids as they
might impair the functional efficiency and damage the tool set.
Application:
• Fill the refill container (4 or 5) with new brake fluid
• Remove the cover lid from the fluid reservoir of the brake cylinder
and put the refill container, if possible, on top of it.
Please make sure that the container nozzle is below
the level of the used brake fluid.
• If, due to design, it is not possible to put the container on top of
the brake cylinder, please bleed the brake fluid and replace it by
new one.
• Connect the Brake Fluid Bleeder to compressed air.
• Attach the brake fluid hose (3) to the brake bleeding nipple
and open it by turning.
• Pull the lever at the operating device () in order to start the brake
fluid evacuation. The decreasing level of the used brake fluid starts
the refilling of the brake cylinder with new brake fluid.
• Regularly check the fluid level in the reservoir. Refill the reservoir if
the level is to low and restart the brake bleeding process.
• As soon as new brake fluid enters the brake fluid hose, release the
operating lever, close the brake nipple and detach the hose.
• Clear excess brake fluid out of the hose by pulling the operating
lever.
• Repeat brake bleeding process at each brake cylinder /
brake calliper.
• Check the fluid level in the brake reservoir afterwards and
refill if necessary.
Always ensure that the cover lid of the fluid reservoir at the brake
cylinder is replaced at the end of the process.
When brake bleeding has been completed on all wheels, please
check the brakes (brake pedal pressure) before driving the vehicle.
