• Grease the threaded spindle before every
use!
• To avoid damage to vehicle parts and
bearing components, the tools must not be
tilted before or during insertion or extrac
-
tion.
• After installation and removal, remove the
operating tools.
3. Risks arising from the
device
• Before each use, check the HAZET tool
for full functionality. If functionality is not
guaranteed after this test or if damage is
discovered, do not use the tool. If you use
the tool despite full functionality not being
guaranteed, this poses a risk of serious
injury, health problems and material dam
-
age.
• Full functionality is established when:
- the device is running smoothly
- the device is absolutely damage-free.
• The component parts must only be used in
combination and as intended.
• When dismounting, there is a risk of injury
due to the high dead weight of the device.
Do not reach into the pulling device
during operation of the threaded
spindle. Please make sure the device
is secured.
• All service or repair work must be carried
out by qualified personnel only. Only use
original spare parts so as to guarantee its
long-term operational safety.
• For safety reasons, any modifications of
the HAZET tool set are strictly prohibited.
Any modification of the Hazet tool set will
result in immediate invalidation of the war
-
ranty and exclusion from liability.
• Any vehicle “jacked up” or raised above
ground must be adequately supported with
axle stands, ramps etc.
• When working with the Hazet
silent block and wheel bearing
tool set, ensure that protective
goggles well-fitting protective
work clothing, safety shoes and
work gloves are worn.
