Attaching the exhaust air hose

The exhaust air hose (16) must be installed

if you intend to use the exhaust hood with

exhaust air operation.

1. Insert the end of the exhaust air hose (16)

with the larger diameter (153 mm) into the

connection with the check valve.

2. Secure the lower end of the exhaust hose

with the cable tie (17).

Installing the duct cover

1. Screw the wall bracket for the upper duct

cover (18) into the prepared wall plugs

using 2 round-head screws (11).

2. Push the upper part (12) of the duct cover

halfway into the lower part (13) of the duct

cover.

3. Place the retaining plate (19) onto the low-

er duct cover (13) so that it lines up with

the chamfers on the inside. (Screws and

elongated holes should point upwards).

4. Turn two plate screws (20) from the out-

side through the retaining plate (19) and

the lower duct cover (13). Tighten the

screws somewhat, but only loosely.

5. Place the entire duct cover onto the ex-

haust hood, with the closed side of the

duct cover facing forward.

6. Screw the lower part (13) of the duct

cover with 2 plate screws (20) to the

sides of the exhaust hood.
