Setting the temperature in the
fridge
The fridge temperature can be set between
+2 °C and +8 °C.
1. Unlock the control panel as described
in section “Locking/unlocking the control
panel” on page EN-12.
2. Press the button (20) repeatedly until the
desired temperature is shown.

The temperature is reduced by 1 °C each
time you press the button. If the setting
reaches +2 °C, it jumps back to +8 °C the
next time you press the button.
The ideal fridge temperature is +6 °C.
Setting the temperature in the
freezer
The freezer temperature can be set between
–16 °C and –24 °C.
1. Unlock the control panel as described
in section “Locking/unlocking the control
panel” on page EN-12.
2. Press the button (21) repeatedly until the
desired temperature is shown.

The temperature is reduced by 1 °C each
time you press the button. If the setting
reaches –24 °C, it jumps back to –16 °C
the next time you press the button.
The ideal temperature for the freezer is
−18 °C.
Setting the operating modes
The appliance is equipped with three operat-
ing modes: Quick refrigerating, quick freezing
and holiday mode.
Activating quick refrigerating or
quick freezing
The “Quick Refrigerating” operating mode
rapidly cools the fridge to +2 °C.
The “Quick Freezing” operating mode rapidly
cools the freezer to –24 °C.
1. Unlock the control panel as described
in section “Locking/unlocking the control
panel” on page EN-12.
2. Press the button (22) repeatedly until ei-
ther the
indicator (24) or the indica-
tor (23) is shown on the display. The fridge
temperature display changes to 2 °C; the
freezer temperature display changes to
–24 °C.
Deactivating quick refrigerating or
quick freezing
Quick refrigerating is automatically
deactivated after 6 hours.
Quick freezing is automatically deac-
tivated after 24 hours.
• To manually deactivate quick refrigerating
or quick freezing, press the button (22) re-
peatedly until neither the
indicator (24)
nor the
indicator (23) is shown on the
display.
The respective temperature indicator will
return to the original setting.
