Cleaning before use
In order to reliably remove grease and oil
residues from production as well as stub-
born dust deposits, which have arisen due
to storage and transport, you must perform
a pre-cleaning of the oven. This not only
helps protect your health but also ensures
delicious cakes and roasts.
1. Operate the oven with dripping pan
(23), oven rack (24) and baking tray
(22) at 250 °C for 60 minutes.
2. Allow the oven to fully cool down.
3. Clean the cooking compartment of the
oven, as well as the dripping pan, oven
rack and baking tray with a little soapy
water and then wipe everything dry.
