THE FAULT INDICATOR LIGHTS
The appliance control board detects faults and triggers alarms with corresponding fault codes displayed
on the control panel for the following issues:

Error Codes Fault type Probable cause / Solution
E02 No water supply at
inlet
Check that the water tap is open Is the
water supply turned o? Is the mesh lter
in the water inlet hose or water inlet valve
clogged? Is the water supply hose to the
washing appliance frozen? Eliminate the
cause of the fault. If the fault persists,
contact the service centre for repair.
E03 Water does not drain
properly
Clean the pump lter
Check whether the drain hose is bent or
kinked, twisted or clogged? Eliminate the
cause of the fault. If the fault persists,
contact the service centre for repair.
U4 Door lock failure The door is not closed securely and the
door lock is malfunctioning. Close the door
fully. Turn the washing programme selector
knob to the „OFF” position to turn o the
power. Then turn the wash programme
Selector Knob to select the desired wash
programme and press the START/PAUSE
button to restart the programme. Eliminate
the cause of the fault. If the fault persists,
contact the service centre for repair.
If an error code is displayed and the door
cannot be opened, the door lock may be
faulty. Contact the service centre for repair.
H The temperature in
the drum is high
Press the START/PAUSE button to stop the
appliance and wait a few minutes. When
the temperature in the drum has cooled
down to the safe level and the error code
on the display disappears, press the START/
PAUSE button to resume the programme.
If the fault persists, contact the service
centre for repair.
EXX Other faults Turn the washing programme selector knob
to the „OFF” position to turn o the power.
Unplug the power cord and contact the se-
rvice centre for repair as soon as possible.
Note! Be sure to check the fault cause and eliminate it before pressing the START/PAUSE button
again. If fault code clears, appliance resumes operation, if not, disconnect power and contact cus-
tomer service for assistance.
Note that incorrect installation issues, as outlined in pages 6 to 12, may incur service call charges.
Leaving items in pockets can lead to pump or drain hose blockages, potentially damaging the appli-
ance.
Avoid washing items without care labels or those not meant for machine washing.
