The appliance is continuously
lling with water and then
draining.
The upper part of the drain hose is positioned too low – install
it at a height ranging from 65 to 100 cm from the oor (refer to
„Installation” instructions).
The end of the drain hose has been inserted too deeply into the
riser pipe. The „U” bracket needs to be axed 400 mm away
from the end of the drain hose.
The end of the drain hose is submerged in the discharged water.

Submerging the drain hose end in drain water could lead to wa-
ter being drawn back into the appliance, risking damage to both
the appliance and laundry.

Did you insert an excessive amount or clothes that are too thick?
Drying is insucient and
uneven.
Is laundry that is hard to dry, such as thick cotton fabrics, mixed
with fabrics that are easy to dry such as synthetic fabrics?
Did you put too much laundry for drying?
When using only the „Drying” program, do you separate and
untangle dried clothes before loading them into the drum?
Uneven drying can result from varying types and quantities of
clothes. In case of uneven drying, add another drying cycle.
Is the tap closed during drying?
Is the lter of the drain pump clogged during drying?
Is the drain hose bent, twisted or clogged during drying?
General The appliance has sensors tracking wash programme para-
meters like water level, temperature, load balance, and wash
progress. Normally, if your appliance successfully completes the
wash programme, there is unlikely to be anything wrong!
