Reset Operaon: 1. When the height of the device is incorrect or an error code appears, the

device needs to be reset and corrected. Press and hold the buon”3” and buon”4”

simultaneously for 3 seconds to enter this funcon.

2. Aer entering the reset funcon, the display shows “RST”, press and hold the “▼” buon to

reset the device. When the desktop descends to the lowest height, it will bounce upward

and run unl it is displayed “bot”, that is, the reset is completed.

Adjust the An-Collision Sensivity: 1. Press and hold the ” ▲”buon and ” ▼”buon

simultaneously for 3 seconds to switch the sensivity. Switch 1 gear for every operaon, there

are 4 gear range, A-0, A-1, A-2,A-3.

2. When the display shows “A-0”, the desk turns off the an-collision funcon; “A-3” for high

sensivity; “A-2” for middle sensivity; “A-1” for low sensivity. (Factory default A-0)

3. When the desk rises or descends, it will rebound immediately when it encounters an

obstacle to protect.

Troubleshoong:

1. Reset: When the LED shows" " or " ", press and hold “▼”buon to reset the desk,

when the desktop descends to the lowest height, it will bounce upward and run unl the LED

shows “bot”, that is, the reset is completed.

2. When it does't work and the LED shows "E01" or "E02", please retry 18 mins later.

3. If the “▼” buon does't work, and the LED shows other code, please check the cable connecon

and then cut off thepower for at least 10 seconds. Reconnect to the power and press “▼” buon to

start the reset process when it shows the " " or " " .

4. If all these above process are inefficient, plz contact our customer service.
