WARNING AND SAFETY NOTICES

carefully. Failure to follow the warnings and
instructions may result in serious injury. Retain this
user manual for future reference.
• Only ever use the device for the purpose intended as
outlined in this manual.
• When using electrical tools, machinery or equipment, basic
safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the
risk of personal injury, fire and electric shock.
• ATTENTION! The blade is sharp.
• Before using the device, check it for defects to ensure
that it is working properly and capable of performing its
intended function. Check whether the blade fixing screw is
tightened; if not, tighten it.
• Do not touch the blade with bare hands after use. The blade
can become very hot after during and immediately after
work.
• Always keep the work area clean. Messy and untidy areas
can lead to injuries.
• Do not use the device in wet, humid or poorly lit locations.
Keep the work area well lit. Do not use tools in the presence
of flammable gases or liquids.
• This appliance must not be used by children. Keep the
appliance and its power cord out of the reach of children.
This appliance should only be used by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience
and knowledge, if they are supervised or have been
instructed on the safe use of the appliance and understand
the dangers associated with its use.
• Store the device and accessories in a dry place to avoid
rust.
• Make sure that the device operates as its own set speed! Do
not apply any additional pressure.
• Do not wear loose-fitting clothing or jewellery. Wear
clothing appropriate for the application. Make sure that
long hair does not get caught in the device.
• Wear a face mask and safety goggles if the work generates
metal shavings, dust or wood chips.
• Always ensure you have a stable and firm stance and never
use above head height.
• The cutting performance of the tool depends on the
materials to be cut and the charge level of the battery.
Depending on the battery charge level, excessive material
throughput can significantly reduce performance.
• Always keep the blade free and clean of any material
residue.
• Do not allow material to jam in the guide rail during cutting.
• Thinner materials, such as fabrics, can be pulled into the
tool and pinched during cutting. Therefore, do not apply too
much pressure to these materials, in order to achieve good
cutting results. While cutting, apply sufficient tension to the
material and cut slowly.
• Follow the instructions for changing the accessories.
• Never attempt to make any modifications to the device or
the safety lock switch.
• Always keep the handle dry and clean; do not touch it with
dirty or greasy hands.
• Do not operate the device if you are tired or under the
influence of alcohol, medication or drugs.
• Do not attempt to cut material that exceeds 6 mm in
thickness.
• During a cut, do not remove the tool from the workpiece
when the blade is moving. Removing the cutter during
operation may cause damage.
• Fully charge the battery before first use.
• Charge at room temperature. The temperature must be
higher than 0°C and lower than 40°C.
• Do not expose the charger to moisture or humidity.
• Only charge the cutter‘s battery with the dedicated charger
included in the set.
• Do not operate the charger with a damaged cable or plug.
Charging with a damaged cable may result in fire or electric
shock.
• Do not clean the tool while it is connected to the charger.
• Disconnect the charger from the power supply when not in
use.
• Accessories not included in the delivery contents must not
be used.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
The tool is designed for cutting flexible, soft materials with a
thickness of up to 6 mm, such as carpet, PVC, cardboard, leather,
fabrics and similar materials.
OPERATION
Charging the battery
NOTE: The battery must be fully charged before first use
(approx. 3-5 hours). The handle of the tool will heat up during
