[6] Aaching the safety flag

• Connect the two pieces of the safety flag together [1l].

• Place the safety flag on the side of the bicycle trailer nearest the middle of the road. Aach the Flag Holder [1g] to a horizontal

section of the metal frame where it is not pushing against your cargo.

• Match the shape of the Flag holder [1g] to the inside of the metal frame [6b]. The metal nut on the holder [6a] and the plastic

shape sink into the channel in the frame [6b].

• Rotate the Screw knob to fix the Flag holder in place [6c].

• Insert the flag into the opening of the holder. Make sure it is fully inserted and secured before cycling.

[4] Aach the drawbar to the trailer

• Ensure that the drawbar is clean and undamaged.

• The end of the drawbar that has the buon [4b] connects in the central body [4a] at the front of the trailer. Check that the

opening on the trailer is clean and that packaging material has been removed.

• Push and hold the buon of the drawbar [4c]. Insert the drawbar end fully into the central body on the front the trailer.

• Let go of the buon and rotate the drawbar a lile to find its locked position. If the buon fully comes out, the drawbar is

correctly locked. Pull the drawbar to ensure a strong connection.

• To remove the drawbar, push and hold the buon [4c] and pull the drawbar gently out of the holder.

[5] Aaching the hitch on your bicycle

• Remove quick-release or nut [5a] from the le side of your bicycle’s rear wheel axle. If your bicycle has a dropout, place the

rotation-lock washer [5c] with the bend of the washer fiing inside the drop out. This helps keeping the hitch at the correct

angle, but the hitch can also be aached without it.

• Place hitch [5b] between quick-release or nut and frame. If rotation-lock washer [5c] was installed, match the ribs on the

washer, to the grooves on the hitch. Make sure the hitch orientation [5b] is simlar as shown.

• Tighten the quick-release or nut [5a] back on the axle according to the bicycle manufacturer’s instructions.
