Note:
* If the unit is plugged in and powered on, but the jug and blade assembly
is not properly installed, the motor will be disabled.
1. Connect motor base to power and place on a clean, dry, smooth, level
surface such as a worktop or table.
2. Put the jug on the motor base. The handle should be aligned slightly to
the right and the jug should be oriented, so the lock symbols are visible
on the motor base. Rotate the jug clockwise until it clicks into place.

3. Exercise carefully, grasp the top of the blade and place it onto the drive
gear inside the jug. Be noted that the blade would t loosely onto the
drive gear. [Fig. 56]
4. Add the food that you like most. If you add, for example, beef or pork in
the jug, pay attention that there are no bones in it.
5. Place the lid on the jug. Once the lid is locked in place. The
corresponding program will display on the screen and the unit will be
ready for use. [Fig. 57]
6. The machine starts to process the food. Wait until it stops.
7. Remove the jug from the motor base by turning it on anti-clockwise and
then take up. [Fig. 58]
8. Remove the lid and blade, then take out processed food. When removing
the blade, take care to grasp the top of the blade and pull up. [Fig. 59]
9. Turn the unit off. Unplug the unit when nished. Refer to the care &
maintenance section for cleaning and storage instructions.
