This device is protected against overload, overheating, overintensity, deep discharge, short circuit and polarity reversal.

TROUBLESHOOTING CAUSES SOLUTIONS

No answer while pressing the ON/
OFF button
The NOMAD POWER is
discharged.
Charge the product.

Error» light xed on the smart start
cable
Internal battery voltage < 11.0V. Charge the product.

Steady «Error» light
+ discontinuous beeper
Short circuit.
Check that the clamps are properly
connected and disconnect/reconnect
the smart start cable.
Steady «Error» light
+ continuous sound signal
Reverse polarity.
Check that the clamps are properly
connected and disconnect/reconnect
the smart start cable.
Steady «Error» light
+ quick beep
Overheating.
Disconnect the clamps from the bat-
tery and the NOMAD POWER and
wait 5 minutes then reconnect.
Fixed «Start» light
+ xed «Error» light
The clamps have been connected
to the battery for more than 30
seconds.
Remove the 2 clamps from the
vehicle battery terminals to protect
the unit.
WARRANTY
The warranty covers faulty workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase (parts and labour).
The warranty does not cover:
• Transit damage.
• Normal wear of parts (eg. : cables, clamps, etc..).
• Damages due to misuse (power supply error, dropping of equipment, disassembling).
• Environment related failures (pollution, rust, dust).
In case of failure, return the unit to your distributor together with:
- The proof of purchase (receipt etc ...)
- A description of the fault reported
