PROBLEM POSIBLE SOLUCIÓN
The robot does not turn on. If the battery charge level is low, place the robot on the charge
base, with the charging pins aligned.
The robot will turn on automatically
Use the robot in ambient temperature between 0°C and 40°C.
Check that the plug
Robot does not load. Clean the charging contact pins on both the robot and the charge base.

Check that the robot is parked on the charge base in
the correct position, and that the charging pins make contact.
Strange behavior. Turn the robot o and on again.
Reduced cleaning capacity. Check that there are no objects jamming the rotating brush,
the side brush or the wheels
Unable to connect to the
Wi-Fi network.
Check that the Wi-Fi network is on the 2.4G frequency.
Check that the Wi-Fi signal is strong enough.
Check that the password entered is correct.
Reset the router and download the latest version of the mobile app.
Try to connect again.
Scheduled cleaning does not start. The battery charge level is less than 15%. Charge the robot battery.
