Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations according to WEEE DIRECTIVE
2002/96/EC. This symbol means that this product must not be treated as normal house-
hold waste, but must be returned to the distributor, or handed over to the appropriate
collection point for electrical or electronic equipment, or taken to a collection point set up
for this purpose so that its components can be recycled and not mixed with household
waste.
You can also notify the collection service of your municipality so that it can be collected and
treated in the appropriate manner, following the instructions for environmental protection
or for advice on how to do so. The disposal of a household appliance means avoiding possi-
ble negative consequences for the environment and health. Proper disposal will result in
signicant savings of energy and resources.
As a reminder of the need for separate disposal of household appliances, a crossed-out
wheeled dustbin appears on the product.
