Faults and correction
Fault Cause Solution
The product keeps going out. The fire inside the product is not getting
enough oxygen.
Make sure that the smoke vent (2b)
and the air inlet (2c) are not completely
closed. Regulate the oxygen supply as
described under the heading “Use”,
section “Temperature regulation”.
The product is not standing securely. The product has not been placed in the
frame correctly.
Place the base unit (2) of the product in
the frame as shown in fig. D.
Mould has formed inside the product. After lengthy disuse mould can form
because of moisture in the air or food
remnants not being removed, for
instance.
Clean the product as described under
the heading “Storage, cleaning”.
