Remove the protective cap from the gas cylinder
connection.
Manually connect the pressure regulator 6 to
the gas cylinder by screwing the union nut of
the pressure regulator anti-clockwise onto the
external thread of the gas cylinder valve.
Note: Tighten the union nut of the pressure regula-
tors
6 using a suitable open-end spanner.
3.4 Change gas cylinder
Make sure that the gas valve on the gas cylin-
der is closed.
Now remove the pressure regulator 6 in re-
verse order to that described in chapter 3.3 and
replace the gas cylinder.
4. Commissioning
Explosion hazard!
A slight odour may develop for a short
time when the appliance is used for the
first time or not used for a long time. If
there is a smell of gas, there may be a
leak in the gas connections. A leak in the
gas connections can cause explosions!
Note: Make sure that the choice of installation
location corresponds to the spatial and technical
conditions (see chapter "Before commissioning").
Pay attention to the height of the flame when lighting:
The flame should have a blue-yellow colour and be
between 2.5 and 5 cm high.
Flickering:
Flames sometimes "flicker" when food residues fall
onto the hot hotplate or burner and ignite. A certain
amount of flickering is normal. However, it is neces-
sary to control the intensity of the flare-up to avoid
browning or uneven cooking of the food and to pre-
vent the possibility of accidental fire.
Note: Always monitor the pizza oven

during operation and switch the flame to a lower
position or to the (OFF) position if the flames be-
come stronger.
