To connect the Extension Pipe (4), insert the pipe into the Suction
Inlet (8) and twist in the direction of the arrows. To disconnect the
pipe, twist it and remove it also in the direction of the arrows.
The extension tube (4) is fitted between the Main Brush (6) and the
Main Housing (9). (fig.E)
Brushes / nozzles
To remove dust, use the items included in the kit :
➢ The main brush (6) is used for vacuuming flat
surfaces.
➢ The crevice nozzle (5) is used to clean corners or
crevices.
➢ Narrow brush (7), for use in areas where the main
brush will not fit.
Dust removal can also take place without the use of an additional
brush or nozzle, direct the suction inlet (8) itself towards the dust for
this purpose. (fig.F)
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
CONSERVATION
To clean the outside of the unit, wipe the surface with a cloth
dampened with soapy water. The suction opening and the paper
filter attachment area should also be cleaned. (Fig.G)
When the filter is clogged with dust and the power of the hoover
wanes, clean the filter in soapy water. Dry thoroughly before
reassembling and using the unit. An insufficiently dried filter can
cause poor suction and shorten the life of the motor.
