STANDARD INSTALLATION MANUAL FOR POLARIS 580W (HOOP INSTALLATION)
The installation of suppo ttings and mounting clips (Mounting clips and hoop sets are to be
selected according to the purlin size, the following description is only for purlins with a section
size of 40*80mm)
● First it is necessa to thread the hoop (120) into the sho clip to form upper fastener
assemblies (Figure 4) and then thread the hoop (140) into tall clip to form bottom fastener
assemblies (Figure 5)；Note the dierent lengths of hoop used for dierent assembly.
● The purlins are installed in turn, the installation eect is shown as Figure 3;
