RECIPES
YOGURT
Recipe 1: 0,70 l cooled milk /50 ml cooled yogurt.
Recipe 2: 0,70 l pure milk /50 ml cooled yogurt.
Recipe 3: 0,70 l milk from milk powder /50 ml cooled yogurt.
Recipe 4: 0,70 l soybean milk /50 ml cooled yogurt.
As an alternative to chilled natural yogurt, add 1 g of yogurt culture.
Before adding the above ingredients, check that they have not expired
or gone off.
If using milk powder, please follow the mixing ratio specified for standard
milk powder or use 125 ml of milk powder + 375 ml of water.
Cooked soy milk or milk made from milk powder must be cooled to
below 40°C before adding natural yogurt.
The fermentation time is influenced by the ambient temperature and the
initial temperature of the ingredients. At low ambient temperatures or
when using chilled milk, the time must be extended accordingly. The
maximum time should not exceed 10 hours (when using yogurt culture,
max. 14 hours).
TIP - For best results, use yogurt culture if possible, or alternatively use standard
natural yogurt or natural yogurt that you have made yourself recently.
Place the ingredients in the stainless steel container and mix well. Select the yogurt
mode, set the time to 6 hours, and press the start button.
