NOTE

• The appliance ends the operation and switches to keep cool mode after a

maximum preparation time of 60 minutes, even if the set hardness level not

reached by then.

HANDLING

Connect the power supply and plug the power cord into a suitable socket. The shape

and voltage of the socket shall be the same as those indicated.

TOUCH SCREEN CONTROLS

1. Single mixing mode

Select the single MIXING mode, set the working time, and press the START button to

start the mixing motor, realizing the mixing function. If the time reaches the set value,

there will be a 10 beep sound to indicate that the mixing is completed.

2. Manually adjustable keep cool mode

Select the COOLING mode, set the working time, and press the START button. After

completion, there will be a 10 beep sound indicating that the refrigeration is complete.

3. Ice cream / Frozen Yogurt / Sorbet mode

Select the Ice cream mode, set the working time, and then press the START button.

The machine will start to make ice cream. When the time or hardness reaches the

set value (indicating that the ice cream is complete), 10 short beeps will appear,

and you can enjoy the ice cream at this time. If there is no operation, the cooling

function will automatically enter (display COOL), and 10 short beeps will appear

after the cooling is completed.

4. Yogurt mode

Select the yogurt mode and set the working time (the minimum time is 4 hours, the

maximum time is 24 hours). Then press the START button to start making yogurt. When

the time reaches the set value, there will be 10 beeps indicating completion. Finally,

it automatically enters the single refrigeration and cooling state (displaying COOL).

If there are no other operations, it will remain in cooling state (will not automatically

shut down).

5. Keep cool mode

The ice cream maker has a cooling mode. When the ice cream is ready, but has not

been removed, the machine activates the keep cool function at regular intervals. This

preserves the texture and fresh taste. The cooling time is one hour. After this time, 10

short beeps indicate that the appliance has switched off automatically.

NOTE

•

To avoid overflow and waste, please make sure that the ingredients do not exceed

60 % (0,6 l) of capacity of the removeable stainless steel ice cream container

because ice cream expands when being formed.

•

The motor itself has overload protection function. If the ice cream hardness reaches

the set value, it will automatically stop.

• After switching from ice cream or keep cool to shutdown mode, if you switch

back to ice cream or keep cool mode, the compressor will have about 3 minutes

of self-protection time. However, if you unplug and plug the power cord and

restart the machine, it will default to restarting. At this time, selecting ice cream

or keep cool mode will not have a delay.

CLEANING

NOTE

Clean the appliance after each use to keep it in a safe and hygienic working

condition.

• Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and let it cool down completely.

• Do not clean the appliance with steel wool, strong chemicals, alkali, abrasive or

disinfecting agents as they may damage its surface.

• Do not immerse the appliance's body in water or other liquids to clean it. Make

sure that no water enters the appliance's body while cleaning it and that the

electrical parts do not become wet or damp.

•

Never clean any part of the appliance in the dishwasher, except for the removeable

stainless steel ice cream container, which is dishwasher safe.

• Clean the appliance's body with a soft damp cloth and a little mild detergent.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth.

• Clean the mixing blade, lid, scraper and measuring cup in warm water with a

soft sponge and mild detergent. Wipe with a dry and soft cloth.

• The appliance may only be used again after it is dried completely.

STORAGE

• Before storage, always make sure that the appliance is completely dry, cooled

down and clean.

• Store the appliance in a cool, dry place, protected from moisture and out of the

reach of children.

• Preferably store the appliance in its original packaging.
