KNOW YOUR PRODUCT
WARNING! Ensure that the compressed air does not exceed 150 psi (10.3
bar) while operating the tool. Too high an air pressure and unclean air will
shorten the product’s life due to excessive wear, and may be dangerous
causing damage and/or personal injury.
OPERATION
• Do not exceed the maximum 18 gauge thickness when cutting sheet
metal with this air saw. Doing so can cause serious injury and damage tot
he tool.
• Do not use a dull or cracked blade. Check that the blade and blade guard
are secured tightly before every use.
• Failure to use to hands may cause the Air Saw to vibrate out of your
control causing serious injury.
Operation
1. Start the Air Saw and bring the moving blade onto the work piece. Do not
attempt to start the Air Saw with the stationary blade in contact with the work
piece.
2. Allow the blade to come to a stop before removing the saw from the work
piece. Do not allow the saw to run without any load for any length of time as this
may damage the bearings.
