General Operating Instructions
1. Ensure your work area is clean and well lit. Route the air hose along a safe route
to reach the work area with creating a tripping hazard.
2. Grip the Air Needle Scaler firmly, for the best control grip the tool with both
hands.
3. Ensure the Needles are not touching the working surface before engaging the
trigger.
4. Place the vibrating needles on the surface and keeping a light pressure move
the tool around the work piece.
Do not apply heavy pressure to the Air Needle Scaler to avoid damage to the
work piece and tool.
5. If the tool requires more force to achieve the desired result, ensure the airflow is
unobstructed and increase the output pressure of the regulator.
Ensure you do not exceed the maximum pressure of the tool 10.3 bar (150 psi).
OPERATION
WARNING! Do not clamp or hold the trigger with anything other then
your hand.
WARNING! Do not carry tool with your finger on the trigger.
