Exporting

§
Interleaved Export (file contains video and audio) is only available in .DVT files.
§
.MP4 can only be used for video content that originated in H.264 format.
§
OSD and Privacy Masks are not supported in MP4 exports. Clips with
associated OSDs are exported without the OSD. Clips with Privacy Masks may
not be exported in .MP4 format.

Time Segment - The exported clip duration.
·
Interleaved Export - Select this option to export interleaved audio and video clips.
This option is enabled only when the .avi format is selected.
Note: For high-quality output, it is recommended to use the xvid codec. If you install
the xvid codec, please contact support for instructions on how to update the
system to be able to use this format

6. Click OK.
The clip is exported to the defined location.
Export from Timeline
This procedure describes how to export a clip from the timeline.
Follow these steps:
1. While playing a clip, mark the desired section in the Timeline by click-and dragging the mouse
on the Recording track for the length of the required export.
The area is marked . Otherwise, you can use the MarkIn/MarkOut buttons
.
2. On the Timeline toolbar, click the button or right- click the desired section and select
Export.
The Export Settings dialog box displays in the Timeline pane.
3. Set the file name, export location and whether to create a new folder for the file to be
exported.
If you do not fill in the fields, the system uses the parameters defined in the Export Clip
Options menu.
4. To set additional export parameters, click Advanced.
The Advanced Export Settings dialog displays.
