7 Commissioning
7.1 Setting device for the pressure range
To ensure trouble-free and effective operation, a certain volume of purge air must be generated
depending on the operating pressure. The volume of purge air is adjusted to the operating pressure by
selecting the correct air gun nozzle.
As delivered, the dryer is configured with an air gun nozzle for an operating pressure of 0.7 … 0.9 MPa
(7 … 9 bar, 101.5 … 130.5 psi). The air gun nozzle must be replaced for a different pressure range.

Close valve A and valve B.

Switch on the compressor.

Slowly open valve A.

The compressed air flows through the drying agent cartridge and is dissipated into the
environment through the silencer.

Check the dryer for leaks.
5.
Switch on the power supply.

The four LEDs on the display panel simultaneously flash green four times and then red four
times. The device is ready for operation. The factory-set operating cycle starts automatically.
