4 - CONFIGURATION OF THE CLIMATE MODULE
Before proceeding with the configuration of the EV200RL controller using the FAN BUILDER app, it is recommended
to first create the climate zones on the CH180WIFIRL master programmable thermostat by following the
instructions provided in its user manual.
1. Scan the QR code and download the FAN BUILDER configuration app to your smartphone.

2. Pair the FAN BUILDER app with the EV200RL climate module, ensuring that Bluetooth 5.0 (or higher) is
enabled on your smartphone. Follow the instructions provided in the app.At the first connection, the EV200RL
climate module will display a fast red LED flash: you must press the button
to confirm and accept the
connection with the FAN BUILDER app.
Once the Bluetooth connection between the FAN BUILDER app and the EV200RL climate module is established,
proceed with entering the parameters requested by the app.
DESCRIPTION OF CONFIGURABLE PARAMETERS VIA FAN BUILDER
Response time Specifies how frequently the climate control parameters are
recalculated.
Mixing valve opening delay Once the ON signal is received from the CH180WIFIRL master
programmable thermostat, actuation of the mixing valve
servomotor is delayed by the selected time interval.
Mixing valve closing anticipation Once the OFF signal is received from the CH180WIFIRL master
programmable thermostat, actuation of the mixing valve
servomotor is postponed by the selected time interval.
Maximum winter temperature Specifies the maximum setpoint for the supply temperature during
heating operation.
Room temperature priority A configurable coefficient used to increase the supply temperature
calculated by the climate module when a ΔT greater than 2°C
is detected between the measured room temperature and the
setpoint.
Room temperature influence Allows the calculated supply temperature to be increased when the
reference room temperature is not reached in a specific zone.
(Reference values: winter = 20°C; summer = 26°C)
0–10V mixing valve opening time Characteristic opening/closing time of the 0–10V servomotor, as
specified in its instruction manual.
