ATTENTION!
Do not place the appliance directly next to any
heat sources and avoid exposure to direct
sunlight. Heat may cause damage to the coo-
ling fan.
For the VL 30 G fan, three different speeds (fan levels)
can be set.
Next to the oscillation head [A] on the motor head there
is a rotary switch for selecting the desired fan speed.
Switching step 0 = OFF
Switching step 1 = Low speed
Switching step 2 = Medium speed
Switching step 3 = High speed
The cooling fan is equipped with an automatic swivel
device. This range of horizontal movement is approxi-
mately 75°.
The button [A] on the motor head switches from
“Stationary” to “Oscillation” and vice versa, also when
the appliance is in operation:
Button pushed in = Oscillation ON
Button pulled out = Oscillation OFF
In accordance with the fan speed set (switching step 1,2
or 3), the oscillation movement either gets slower or
faster.
If the standing direction of the fan is not ideal, you can:
b) if oscillation is switched off, set the position of the
motor head through “rotation“ to the right or left
as desired or
a) if oscillation is switched on, pull out the button [A]
when the motor element is in the right position.
ATTENTION!
Never twist the motor head by force. Never
push on the protective grid.
