Device Menu
The device menu is accessed by clicking the icon on the device
tab above the menu bar.
• Disconnect — Disconnects the Product Configuration
Software from the unit while leaving the program active.
• Settings — Opens the Unit Information dialog box
(see figure 17), which provides general information about the
transmitter.

The
Model Name can be changed to a custom value or reset to the default value by
clicking the Device Name tab, opening the Device Name dialog box (see figure 18).
The Apply button becomes selectable when you have entered a name in the Enter a
device name: field.

• Reset Device ... — Opens a dialog box (see figure 19) that allows you to reset the
transmitter. Reset returns all settings to their default values.

• Update Firmware ... — Disconnects the Product Configuration Software from the unit
and calls the Firmware Loader utility in the background (see Updating the Firmware,
on the next page).
• About This Module ... — Provides the version number of the software.
