13 Troubleshooting

Actions
The appliance does
not run, the display
does not light up.
The appliance is not connected
to the power supply.
Plug the mains plug into the
plug socket. Check the fuse
of the domestic installation.
The filler door is open.
Close the filler door.
The programme was not
selected or START/PAUSE
was not pressed.
Press the corresponding
buttons.
Unsatisfactory drying
results or the drying
time is too long.
The wrong programme has
been set.
Set a suitable programme or
increase the drying time.
The fluff filter is blocked.
Clean the fluff filter.
The maximum amount of
laundry has been exceeded.
Observe the maximum filling
quantity.
There is residue in the drum.
Clean the inner surface of the
drum.
The fluff filter is blocked.
Check the exhaust air hose.
The filler door does
not close.
The fluff filter has not been
inserted correctly.
Insert the fluff filter correctly.
Water runs out.
The appliance is not levelled.
Level the appliance with
adjustable feet.
Door seals are not clean.
Clean the door seals.
Filter symbol lights
