access the product fiche. You will find the model identifier of your appliance on the type

• Alternatively, you can scan the QR code printed on the energy sticker or energy label.
17 Spare parts / Customer service
The following spare parts are available from the above After Sales Service (depending on
the appliance):
(1) Motor and motor carbons; power transmission between motor and drum; pumps; shock
absorbers and springs; wash drum, bearing cross with ball bearings (individually or as a
repair kit); radiators and heating elements, including heat pumps (individually or as a
repair kit); piping and associated equipment, including all hoses, valves, filters and aqua
stops (individually or as a repair kit); circuit boards electronic displays; pressure switches;
thermostats and sensors software and firmware, including reset software.
(2) Door, door hinge and door seals, other seals, door lock assembly and plastic accessories
such as detergent dispenser
Spare parts are available 10 years after the last appliance of a model has been placed on
the market.
