Washing machine
does not start
• Is there a power failure?
• Is the mains cable correctly plugged into a socket?
• Have you switched on the machine?
• Is the Start/Pause button pressed?

Is a start time delay programmed?
Textiles are not
spun at all or not
spun sufficiently
• A programme without spinning or with reduced spinning speed is
programmed.
• The spin safety device has detected poor distribution of textiles in
the drum: Re-load textiles and programme a new spin cycle.
Water on the floor
• Pull out the mains plug and close the water supply.
• Check the seals and screw connections of the water supply hose.

Check the position of the holder.
Washing machine
vibrates and is too
loud
• Have the transport locks been removed?
• Is the filter of the drain pump blocked?
• Is the drain pump working?
• Have you added the right amount of detergent?

Is the drain hose placed higher than 1 m above the floor?

• Has a flush stop been programmed?
• Is the drain hose frozen or blocked by dirt?
