11 Error messages and faults
ERROR MESSAGE
POSSIBLE CAUSES
TROUBLESHOOTING
Temperature sensor
does not work.
Contact After Sales Service .
All indicators flash
Appliance incorrectly
connected.
Check if the power supply is
connected incorrectly, connect the
power supply correctly and restart
the appliance. If the problem is still
not solved, contact After Sales
Service.
The appliance is not
working.
Interruption of the
power supply
Check the main power supply, if
everything is normal; or the
leakage protection switch is off; if a
fuse has blown, if the plug is
properly connected to the socket; if
the hob is equipped with a wire
connection, disconnect the power
supply andcheckif the wire is loose;
Disconnect the power supply
andcheckif the main plug is off.
During heating, the
appliance no longer
works.
Timer for the switch-off
delay is activated.
The switch-off delay may be
activated. If the switch-off delay is
activated, the appliance switches
off after the delay time has
elapsed.
No pan or
unsuitable pan
Make sure you get the right pots
and size. PCB synchronisation or
fault in the drive circuit. Contact
After Sales Service.

Control panel is wet.
Dry the control panel with a soft
cloth.

The connection between
the display panel and
the left-hand main
board is faulty (the
cooking zone display
shows E)
The connection cable is not plugged
