Safety shutdowns
This appliance is fitted with a safety feature designed to reduce risks from hobs
accidentally left on.
Automatic switch off
The control remains active for one minute after switching on, then the hob control
automatically switches back to stand-by.
As soon as the cookware is removed from the induction zone, heating stops. The
induction zone switches off automatically after 2 minutes.
Operating time limit
Depending on the selected heating power level, each cooking zone is switched off
individually after a certain maximum operating time, provided that it is not touched
within this time:

NEVER use this function as a timer! Always monitor food preparation!
Protection against unintentional switch-on: Detection of small
objects
If unsuitable or non-magnetic cookware (e.g. aluminium) or other small items (e.g.
cutlery, keys) are placed on the induction hob, the hob control automatically switches
back to stand-by after 1 minute.
