Switch on/switch off the keeping warm function
24. Touch the cooking zone.
25.Touch the KEEP WARM button once to enter mode 1, the
corresponding display shows U
→ The food stays warm at approx. 42 °C.
26. Touch the KEEP WARM button twice to enter mode 2, U
appears on the corresponding display.
→ The food stays warm at approx. 70 °C.
The actual temperature depends on the type of cookware and the
amount of food.
Switch off
27. Touch the control for the heating zone you want to switch off.
28. In mode 2, touch the KEEP WARM button again, the corresponding display
shows -, the keep warm function is switched off.
29. The keep warm function can work for a maximum of 8 hours. If no button is
touched, the active cooking zones are automatically switched off after 8 hours.
Boost control
30. During operation, touch the cooking zone and then the Boost control, the buzzer
sounds once, P is shown on the display.
→ The hob switches to the BOOST function and the power increases to
1500W/2000W. The BOOST function runs for 5 minutes, then the power
automatically falls back to the previous operating status.
31. Touching the BOOST button in BOOST mode returns the power to the previous
operating status.
Bridge
• The function is switched on when the pot covers the centre of both cooking zones.
• This function connects two cooking zones, they then function as one cooking zone.
• First set the cooking level for one of the two right hand cooking zones.
