Ribbon error
No ribbon in the printing module.

The ribbon is not correctly fitted.

printing module. If you have a print job
in progress, this restarts with a new card.

The printing module print head bracket is not correctly locked in
position.

Open the printer cover and press the
print head bracket until it clicks. The
printer restarts.

A problem related to the print head has occurred.
