Problém Cause Solution
A large amount of
steam is escaping
around the edge of
the outer body
Gasket B3 is not in its place
Place the gasket in the correct
place in the lid
There are food remains on the
gasket B3
Remove the gasket from the lid
and clean it (see Maintenance)
Gasket B3 is worn out or
damaged
Replace the damaged gasket
with a new one of the same type

The rice cooker
is emitting an
unpleasant odour
The cooking pot C or the heating
plate A3 are soiled
Check and if necessary clean
the contact surfaces of the
cooking pot and the heating plate
