Radiant grilling
For grilling small amounts of food and for browning food. Place the food in the centre part under the grill
heating element. The temperature can be set within the range of 150-250°C. The default temperature is
180°C.
Double grilling
The two top elements are both on. For grilling flat items and for browning food. The temperature can be set
within the range of 150-250°C. The default temperature is 180°C.
Double grilling with fan
For grilling flat items and for browning food. The fan distributes the heat evenly throughout the cooking
compartment.

50-250°C. The default temperature is 180°C.
Convection
An element around the convection fan provides an additional source of heat for convection style cooking.
When using the convection function, the fan automatically comes on to improve air circulation inside the
oven and creates an even heat for cooking. The temperature can be set within the range of 50-250°C. The
default temperature is 160°C.
ECO function
For energy-saving cooking with the heat coming from the convection fan and the bottom heater. The
temperature can be set within the range of 140-240 °C. The default temperature is 140°C. There are
recommendations for the temperature and time settings for some foods when using the ECO function.
Pizza function
The bottom heater and ring heater work together for pizza and dishes which need a lot of heat from
underneath. The temperature can be set within the range of 50-250 °C. The default temperature is 180°C.
Fermentation function
For making yeast dough and sourdough to prove and culturing yoghurt. The temperature can be set within
the range of 30-45 °C. The default temperature is 40°C.
Insert and remove the food probe
CAUTION!
Keep the probe as far away from any heat source as possible.
