Troubleshooting - ENGLISH 25
U is displayed for both the rear and front cooking zone on the same side.
The problem can have different causes. Follow the instructions for the suggested causes to solve the problem.
The power board and the display board connection failure.
Contact an authorised service technician to have the connection checked.
The display board of the communication board is damaged.
Contact an authorised service technician to have the display board replaced.
The main board is damaged.
Contact an authorised service technician to have the power board replaced.

U flashes and the heating stops
The problem can have different causes. Follow the instructions for the suggested causes to solve the problem.
Pan type is wrong.
• Make sure your cookware is suitable for induction heating, see section "Suitable cookware", page 16.
• Pan detection circuit is damaged, replace the power board.
Pot diameter is too small.

The hob has become too hot.
• Wait for temperature to return to normal. Turn off the hob and restart.
• Pan detection circuit is damaged, replace the power board.

The cooking mode indicator is lit, but heating does not start
The problem can have different causes. Follow the instructions for the suggested causes to solve the problem.
High temperature of the hob.
Ambient temperature may be too high. The air inlet and outlet may be blocked.
There is something wrong with the fan.
Check whether the fan runs smoothly and if not, contact an authorised service technician to have the fan replaced .
