Pans do not become hot
The induction hob cannot detect the pan because it is not suitable for induction cooking.
Use cookware suitable for induction cooking. See section "Suitable cookware", page 16.
The induction hob cannot detect the pan because it is too small for the cooking zone or not properly centred.
Centre the pan and make sure that its base matches the size of the cooking zone. See section "Suitable cookware", page
16
The glass is being scratched
The problem can have different causes. Follow the instructions for the suggested causes to solve the problem.
Rough-edged cookware.
Use cookware with flat and smooth base. See section "Suitable cookware", page 16.
Unsuitable, abrasive scourer or cleaning products being used.
See section "Clean the hob surface", page 22.
The induction hob cannot be turned on
No power.
Make sure the hob is connected to the power supply and that it is switched on. Check if the electricity is not working in
your house or neighborhood. If the problem continues, contact a qualified technician.

The touch controls do not work correctly
The problem can have different causes. Follow the instructions for the suggested causes to solve the problem.
The controls are locked.
Unlock the controls. See section "Use the child lock", page 15.
There may be a slight film of water over the controls.
Make sure the touch control area is dry.
You may be using the tip of your finger when touching the controls.
Use the ball of your finger when touching the controls.
The display board is damaged.
Contact an authorised service technician to have the display board replaced.
