Touch to deactivate the bridged cooking zone.
Both cooking zones now operate independently.
Automatic hob power-off
CAUTION!
When the hob is in operation and there is a water overflow or a wet cloth is placed on the hob, your product
shuts down to protect itself. To restart your product, you must unplug the power cord and plug it in again.
• If a non-magnetic item is placed on the hob, the hob will automatically switch to standby after 1 minute.
• If no pan is placed on the hob after you turned it on, the display will automatically turn off after 1 minute.
• When too high heat is detected, your hob will automatically turn off.
Automatic cooking zone power-off
If you remove the cookware, the hob enters standby mode after 1 minute, and the cooking zone is turned off automatically
after 2 minutes.
If you do not change the power level for a cooking zone, the cooking zone is automatically turned off after operating time
listed below.

Use the pause/resume cooking function
1.
Touch .
The cooking is paused.
2.
Touch to resume the cooking on the same power levels as before the pause.
Use the hood timer
Turn on the timer
1.
Touch to activate the hood timer.
2.
Touch or on the timer panel to set the time, in steps of 5 minutes.
NOTE! The hood timer is limited to 95 minutes.
3. To turn off the timer before the time expires do one of the following:
•
If the timer has run for 1 minute or more, touch . Touch to set the timer to 0.
•
If the timer has run for less than 1 minute, touch to set the timer to 0.
•
Touch and set the hood level to 0.
•
Touch and hold for 3 seconds to turn off the hob.
After the time is set, the time flashes for 3 seconds. The remaining time is displayed.
When the time ends an acoustic signal sounds and the timer indicator blinks.
Change the remaining time
During the last 5 minutes, the hood starts to slow down the ventilation rate until the hood stops. A dot on the screen
flashes for 30 seconds, and then remains in standby mode.
