6. Plug in the chest freezer.
WARNING!
• Ensure that the power plug is firmly inserted into a dedicated wall outlet and that it is not abnormally hot.
• Ensure that the power cord is not cracked or damaged. If the power cord is damaged, contact the dealer
from whom you purchased the product or contact Elvita support.
Clean the door seals
Check and clean the door seals regularly to make sure there is no debris. Sticky food and drinks can cause the seals to
stick to the cabinet and tear when you open the door.
WARNING!
• Unplug the chest freezer before cleaning. There is a risk of electric shock.
• Do not use metal objects, sharp objects, steam cleaner, thinner, car detergent, clorox, ethereal oil,
abrasive cleansers or organic solvent such as benzene for cleaning. They may damage the surface of the
product and may cause fire.
• Do not plug the chest freezer back into the mains socket unless the door seals are completely dry.
