Washing - ENGLISH 25
1. Open the door and remove the lower basket.
2. Unscrew the cap.
3. Place the end of the funnel into the hole.
4. Add about 2kg of dishwasher salt.
5. Remove the funnel from the hole.
6. Add about 1liter of water to the salt container.
NOTE! Only fill the salt container with water the very first time you add salt to the water softener.
To speed up the dissolution process of salt in water, stir it with a spoon.
7. Screw the cap back on tightly and close the door.
The indicator light is no longer lit.
NOTE! Depending on how well the salt dissolves it may take a couple of hours, the indicator light may still be
lit even though the salt container has been filled.
8. Immediately start a short washing programme.
CAUTION! After adding salt to the water softener you should immediately start a washing programme.
Otherwise the filter system, pump or other important parts of the machine may be damaged by salty water.
After each wash
1. Check that the detergent dispenser is empty.
2. Turn off the water supply.
