1. Press [FUNC] + [TRIG 1–8] to select the track you want to load the preset to.
2. Use [LEFT/RIGHT] to highlight a preset category, and then use [UP/DOWN] or LEVEL/DATA to
select preset.
3. Press [YES] to load the preset to the active track.
SAVE
Use this option to save a previously loaded preset. Press [YES] to save the preset.
If you use the SAVE option and attempt to save a preset that you have not previously
saved, you will be prompted to provide a name for the preset and add tags before
saving it.
SAVE AS
Use this option to save the active track’s sound as a preset and give it a name.
1. Press [YES] to initiate the saving process and open a NAMING screen.
2. On the NAMING screen, name your preset and then press [YES]. For more information, please
see “6.7 THE NAMING SCREEN” on page 22.
3. On the TAG screen, you can add tags to the preset. The DRUMS and KEYS tags are main cate-
gories and are used in the LOAD PRESET menu. Press [YES] to apply or remove tags. Highlight
<SAVE> and press [YES] to save.
MANAGE
Opens the Preset manager menu. Here presets can be saved, loaded, renamed, tagged et cetera.
Opening this menu will show a list of all presets found on the SD card.
The available operations will aect the highlighted preset. Use [UP]/[DOWN] keys or LEVEL/DATA to
select preset. Press [RIGHT] to access the PRESET OPERATIONS menu. Use the [UP]/[DOWN] to
navigate the menu. Press [YES] to apply the commands to the selected preset. Press [NO] to exit the
menu.
EDIT TAGS opens a menu where presets can be tagged. presets can have any number of tags.
Press [YES] to apply or remove tags. Highlight <SAVE> and press [YES] to save.
DELETE deletes the preset or selected presets.
Projects are saved on Tonverks SD card in the USER/PROJECTS folder.

9.2 PLAYING A PRESET
Press the [TRIG 1–8] keys to play the presets of the tracks in the active pattern. The [TRIG] keys will briefly
light up when pressed.
9.2.1 PLAYING A PRESET WITH AN EXTERNAL MIDI DEVICE
The presets can also be played chromatically using an external MIDI device connected to Tonverk. The
MIDI channels dedicated to each of the tracks are the same as the track’s number.
9.3 EDITING A PRESET
Select a track for editing by pressing [TRK] + one of the [TRIG 1–8] keys. When editing the track settings,
any changes made will be stored as part of the active pattern.
Adjust the overall track level of the active audio track with the LEVEL/DATA knob. The TRACK LEVEL set-
ting is saved as part of the pattern.
Edit a preset by adjusting the parameters found on the PARAMETER pages. Access these pages by
pressing a [PARAMETER PAGE] key. Use the DATA ENTRY knobs A-H to change the parameters. For more
information, please see “12. AUDIO TRACK PARAMETERS” on page 50.
The complete track preset, with all its parameter settings may be copied to another track
(if the selected target track is in the same track type (Audio/MIDI tracks, Bus tracks, Send
FX tracks). Press [TRK] + [TRIG 1–16] + [RECORD], and then press [TRK] + [TRIG 1–16] +
[STOP] to paste the preset to the selected track.
