16. DAILY USE - DRYING ONLY
This appliance is an automatic
washer dryer.
WARNING!

16.1 Preparation to drying
16.2 Drying - Automatic levels
1. Press the button On/Off to activate
the appliance.
2. Load laundry and detergent.
3. Turn the programme dial to select the
suitable for the items to dry.
4. To activate drying mode only,
deactivate the wash mode first by
pressing on the illuminated washing
level in the SmartSelect.
If a certain dryness level is not
available, pressing it will generate an
error (buzzer sound and symbol blinks
twice).
When drying a big amount
of laundry, to have good drying
performances, make sure that the
laundry itself is not rolled up and that is
uniformly distributed in the drum.
1. Press the one of the Dryness Level
area touch button, the display shows
the required dryness level for the
programme selected.
The indicators illuminate accordingly:
a. Iron dry : for cotton items;
b. Cupboard dry : for cotton and
synthetic items;
c. Extra dry : for cotton items.
The display shows the drying
programme duration.
2. Press button Start/Pause to start
the programme.
In the display appears the indicator of
the Start/Pause to finish the drying
phase and remove items.
The door locked goes off and the
door unlocks.
3. To deactivate the chosen dryness
level, press the related touch button.
The icon light off and the display
shows only the washing programme
selected.
16.3 Timed Drying
1. Press on the Time Dry key button
and then, tap the right soft key to
increase and left soft key next to
decrease time value (see the "Time
drying" table in the "Programmes"
chapter)
Each time you press on these buttons, the
time changes by 10 minutes. The display
shows the new time value set.
Some programmes has a restricted
and fixed set of Time Dry times and
recommended load is displayed.
