Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication
You can set two-factor authentication to be performed when a user logs into ColorNavigator Network.
Attention
• To set up two-factor authentication, it is necessary to prepare a smartphone equipped with a camera and an
authentication application installed in advance.
• When two-factor authentication is enabled, the user will be asked to enter an authentication code generated
by the authentication application at every login (unless less than 24 hours have passed since the last two-
factor authentication).
1. Click “Log-in user settings” at the top right.
2. Click “Two-factor authentication.”
The current two-factor authentication setting will be displayed.
3. Click “Enable.”
The “Password Conrmation” screen will be displayed.
4. Enter the password used at login and click “Next.”
The “Enable two-factor authentication” screen will be displayed.
