Power On / Off:
Prepare mixing as follows:
Before mixing, please make sure that the swivel unit is locked tightly
on the base; that the parking brake is locked; and that the mixing
station is secured against unintended rolling.
Do not use the machine on uneven surfaces.
Start the mixing station always in empty condition or only filled with water.
Always fill with water first. Fill the mixing material through the feed chute
(2) while the machine is running.
We recommend the use of speed stage 1 or 3 to start mixing and switching
to stage 2 or 4 when all components have been filled in.
Do not leave the FloorMIx 2300 unattended during operation.
Avoid the spraying of mixed material.
Observe the processing directives of the material manufacturers.
IMPORTANT!
!
The use of chemical products or solvents can impair the
properties of the mixing bucket and the machine.
Before using the FloorMix 2300, check that the products to
be mixed are compatible with the properties of the machine.
For mixing with little dust, a vacuum cleaner (dust class M) is connected to
the corresponding connection nozzle (6).
Pouring out mixed material
Hold on to the handles (3 +4) of the FloorMix 2300 with both hands and
move it to the place where you want to pour out the mixed material.
For power ON, switch the switch up (green).
For power OFF, switch the switch down (red).
The restart protection protects the machine against a
uncontrolled restart after a power failure. The machine
can only be turned on if you use the power switch
again.
Caution!
It is imperative to disconnect the mains plug before
pouring out mixed material.
