5.7.3 Setting cross-segment parameters
There are various options for setting the cross-segment parame-
ters. The following table lists all possible options.
Settings that are more complex and therefore require further
explanation are described in more detail after the table.

Additional values (+)
Additional value stitch length (+)
The second value for the stitch length can
be switched on using the button on
the push button panel or the tile on
the control panel.
Value range
00.0 – 12.0 [mm]
(depending on sewing equipment
and subclass)
Additional value needle thread tension (+)
The second value for the needle thread
tension can be switched on using the but-
tons on the push button panel or the tile
on the control panel.
Value range
01 – 99 [%]
Additional value of upper fullness (+)
The second value for the upper fullness
can be switched on using the button on
the push button panel, with the knee
button or with the button on the control
panel.
Value range
-06–16
Additional value of lower fullness (+)
The second value for the lower fullness
can be switched on using a button on the
push button panel, with the knee button or
with the button on the control panel.

Gap (second value)
Second value for the gap of the motor-
driven edge guide to the needle (consid-
ering to the defined safety clearance to
the sewing feet).

08.0 – 45.0 [mm]
